Worked in various hospitals with clinicians and in administrative positions. Completed Masters MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) in 2007. Completed another Masters MBA with an HR specialization in the year 2011. Joined Sikkim Manipal Hospital has a Management trainee and has worked as an assistant hospital administrator managed to do all administrative work. Worked as Lecturer and Assistant Professor II in 2008 at Sikkim Manipal University. Worked till 2013 and has managed to do meetings with the vice chancellor and helped in various projects. Experienced in paper Setting and evaluator and a recognized PG Guide at RGUHS. Joined Padmashree College of Hospital Administration under Rajiv Ghandhi university as Assistant professor in 2021 working till date expertise in teaching core subjects of hospital administration, exam evaluator and attended National Conferences and seminars and has attended various workshops
